Welcome to the PeterConnects (part of AnywhereNow) Software Technical Release Bulletin.

The purpose of this Bulletin is to update you on the improvements we are making to our software and share with you the latest Change List which has been designed to advise you of all changes made to our products.

158238: Corrected Call Status Updates in Microsoft Teams

We fixed an issue where Receptionist+ in Microsoft Teams did not correctly update colleagues' call status in the KPN EEN and RoutIT environments.

Colleagues could remain displayed as available even when their phone was ringing or they were already on a call.

Call status now updates correctly, helping receptionists check colleagues' availability before making or transferring calls.

149906: Reduced Excessive BroadWorks Session Subscriptions

We resolved an issue that caused excessive creation and removal of BroadWorks event subscriptions.

Improved event-channel stability and subscription reuse reduce unnecessary subscription requests and the resulting load on BroadWorks servers.
