New Product Lifecycle Policy page is now online!

As announced in the November 2025 newsletter we have introduced a more informative Product Lifecycle Policy page. This new page will detail the lifecycle stages, and listing products, components and functionality within the various stages of being sunset with targeted dates.

Release DC2024.02c hotfix Bundle, GA on Monday October 20th

This bundle hotfix focuses on four areas: accuracy in transfer reporting, a steadier WebAgent (OIDC + Salesforce CTI), dialer reliability at scale, and improved Dialogue Studio stability.

New regional location Dialogue Cloud

We have added a new region to our Dialogue Cloud Services. An additional Microsoft Entra ID Formerly known as Azure Active Directory (or Azure AD, or AAD) Enterprise Application (emea-szn) has been added to our list of public applications. These can now be used (once Consent has been granted by your administrator) to allow selective App Only access to your SharePoint or other Azure Services.
