Trainer and Trainee functionality has not been made available for the Teams and Dialogue Cloud platform (yet). Substantial changes on audio route handling (Teams voice capabilities), WebAgent interface and Core code will have to be realized before this feature becomes available for Teams on Dialogue Cloud.

Tip

It is somewhat possible to "emulate" the desired audio path behavior for a trainee by configuring a trainee as a Supervisor. By a controlled join of an existing call in supervisor listen mode by a trainee, a trainee is able to listen in on the call.
