AnywhereNow Support End-of-Support Policy

As of June 1st 2025, AnywhereNow will provide full Technical support (i.e. something used to work, but now does not) on the top three feature level versions (N+1, N and N-1) of an AnywhereNow Bundle.

Functional support (i.e. how-to change or enable a specific feature) is provided on the last five version levels (N+1, N, N-1, N-2 and N-3) of an AnywhereNow Bundle.

For versions which are supported, customers can raise incidents, requests or questions through the AnywhereNow Support Portal. For technical support, it is required to be on or upgrade to a technically supported version first (i.e. N+1, N or N-1).
