Power BI Template is available only for existing customers that continue using a customer-owned Call Detail Records (CDR Call Detail Records (CDR) are the meta data of a converstation: who talked to whom, at which time, for how long and with which identity among other things (skill, optional classification, etc) which gets stored in your SQL (analytical) database.) database after upgrading to Dialogue Cloud Neo, for either Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) or Dialogue Cloud Neo (Unify). New customers onboarding to Dialogue Cloud Neo, for either Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) or Dialogue Cloud Neo (Unify), use Dialogue Insights only. A customer-owned CDR database is not supported for these new deployments.
We encourage all customers to adopt Dialogue Insights.
Dialogue Cloud Power BI Template can be used by existing customers to monitor key dialogue-related performance data from a customer-owned CDR database. With the power of Microsoft's Power BI, you can analyze rich data and gain valuable insights into your business operations. Connect Power BI to the AnywhereNow Call Detail database and use the intuitive left menu to navigate between a range of customizable reports.
