Disable ITSM module entities in WebAgent for ServiceNow

Introduction
By default the WebAgent ServiceNow CTI integration used the ITSM module of ServiceNow. This included the following entities:

Incident
-
Problem
-
Change Request
-
Interaction
If your organization doesn't have or doesn't use the ITSM module you can hide these entities via a URL parameter.
How to use
Add the "enableitsmmodule" parameter to the WebAgent url in the CRM Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is (usually) a software-based, data management method to deal with interactions with customers and potential customers. configuration
Important
Please use the URL defined in the CTI configuration manual
Note
If your CTI url already contains a url parameter it will be &enableitsmmodule=false
.
