Prompt

The legacy SharePoint Prompts functionality is not available in Dialogue Cloud Neo. The Prompts configuration list may still appear because the same SharePoint template is used for cloud and on-premises environments.

For custom call flows, we recommend Dialogue Studio - An Overview.
