Prerequisites
Licensing prerequisites
An Enterprise license or higher is required to access these features.
Your subscription may already include the required entitlements. Contact your AnywhereNow representative if you are unsure whether your subscription includes these features.
A valid WebAgent license for Omnichannel Communication is required. This entitlement may be included in your subscription or provided through PUL11, WebAgent for Omnichannel Communication.
Introduction
The WebChat FrontEnd can be loaded into a webpage as a script. The WebChat FrontEnd also provides a demo site you can use to assist you with building a configuration. When you are happy with your configuration you can put it on a website.
Step 1: Access demo page
Note
Changes made on the demo page will only be stored in your local cache, not the server configuration.

Your AnywhereNow contact will share a URL that can be used as a demo page.
This url can also be used to integrate your WebChat FrontEnd into your website.
Step 2: Integrate in your CMS platform
