Install WebChat 2.0 FrontEnd
Note
An Enterprise license or higher is required to access these features.
Introduction
The WebChat FrontEnd can be loaded into a webpage as a script. The WebChat FrontEnd also provides a demo site you can use to assist you with building a configuration. When you are happy with your configuration you can put it on a website.
Step 1 : Access demo page
Note
Changes made on the demo page will only be stored in your local cache, not the server configuration.
-
Your AnywhereNow contact will share a URL that can be used as a demo page.
This url can also be used to integrate your WebChat FrontEnd into your website.
Step 2 : Integrate in your CMS platform
Note
If your CMS platform is not in the list, you can use the HTML integration, see: Integrate WebChat 2.0 FrontEnd into HTML
