All new customers are onboarded to Dialogue Cloud Neo. The model depends on the customer's feature requirements and telephony architecture. Existing customers upgrade to Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) first and can add Dialogue Cloud Neo (Unify) endpoints when their requirements are supported.
