Scope of this document

This document provides the integration guidelines for interconnecting the AnywhereNow Dialogue Cloud services Voice over IP network between the customer Session Border Controller (SBC) and the AnywhereNow SBC.

Note

This Direct Routing guide applies to Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect).

For Voice call interactions, the Dialogue Cloud services are provided as an “add-on module” next to the Teams Calling service which is interconnected to the PSTN based on the Direct Routing Microsoft Teams integration.

The following picture shows the high-level service architecture as well as the integration points covered in this document:

New Dialogue Cloud Neo (Connect) deployments

  1. Create and save the Create new SBC Configuration. You can select Enhanced Direct Routing () during creation.
  2. Select the saved SBC configuration when Create - Service.
  3. Before call testing, complete and verify all three matching settings: customer SBC REFER support, Service EDR, and SBC Configuration EDR. See Steps to enable EDR.

Selecting EDR or saving a configuration does not make the complete call path ready for use.
