If you wish to check that Dialogue Cloud has connectivity to either your customer SharePoint, SQL or Graph services, please select:

Please fill in the SharePoint online URL, Tenant ID, Client IDand Client Secret and then select Validate:

This can only be done after the your SharePoint UCC A Unified Contact Center, or UCC, is a queue of interactions (voice, email, IM, etc.) that are handled by Agents. Each UCC has its own settings, IVR menus and Agents. Agents can belong to one or several UCCs and can have multiple skills (competencies). A UCC can be visualized as a contact center “micro service”. Customers can utilize one UCC (e.g. a global helpdesk), a few UCC’s (e.g. for each department or regional office) or hundreds of UCC’s (e.g. for each bed at a hospital). They are interconnected and can all be managed from one central location. Site(s) have been added to the Regional Dialogue Cloud Enterprise App by Granting permission to Multiple Sites - Powershell Script

SQL validation

For SQL connectivity testing, please fill in the SQL connection string and click Validate.

Graph (Presence Collector - Get)

For the Graph (Presence Collector - Get) application fill in the Client ID, Tenant ID, Username and Password and then select Validate:
