Configurations - Configure Dialogue Studios
Dialogue Studio Configurations Overview
In OnePortal Formerly known as Partner Portal. A redesigned web portal for managing Dialogue Cloud deployments., Dialogue Studio is managed under Configurations.
The Configurations area contains the available configuration types for the selected customer, including Dialogue Studio, SBC, Auth, and Vault.
When you open Dialogue Studio Configurations, the overview page shows all available Dialogue Studio configurations for the selected customer.
For each configuration, the overview shows the following details:

Version
-
Region
-
Auth type
-
Status
-
URL
From this overview, you can Edit, Restart, Update, or Remove a Dialogue Studio configuration.
Create a Dialogue Studio
To create a new Dialogue Studio configuration:

Select Create.

Select the DS button.

In the pop-up window, complete the required fields:

Select Region
-
Bundle (text field)
-
Select the authentication method: AnywhereNow Auth or Username/Password

If you select AnywhereNow Auth, you must enter:

Read AD Group
-
Write AD Group
If you select Username/Password, you must enter:

Username
-
Password
When ready, select Create configuration to add the new Dialogue Studio configuration to the overview.
Edit a Dialogue Studio Configuration
Select Edit on an existing Dialogue Studio configuration to open the same pop-up window again.
When editing an existing configuration, the Region and Bundle fields are locked.
You can still update the authentication settings and save the changes.
When ready, select Update configuration to save the changes to the existing Dialogue Studio configuration.
Update Dialogue Studio Configuration
To update an existing Dialogue Studio configuration:

Select Update on the configuration tile.

Enable the Schedule update toggle.

Enter the desired Bundle.
-
Select Submit.
This schedules the Dialogue Studio configuration to update to the requested bundle.
