In the WebAgent the following shortcuts can be used for faster navigation.

Tab navigation order logic

When using Tab and Shift + Tab you can navigate in the WebAgent. Starting from the URL in your browser, the following logic will be used:

  1. (if active conversation) Conversation buttons (Tab for each button)

  2. (if active conversation) Contact information tabs (Left, Right to move between tabs)

  3. (if active conversation and URLs in Contact information results) Contact information URL (Tab for each URL)

  4. (If active conversation and URLs in Contact information results) Open CRM Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is (usually) a software-based, data management method to deal with interactions with customers and potential customers. Enviroment URL

  5. (if active conversation) Conversation Tabs (Left, Right to move between tabs)

  6. (if active text conversation) Change Editor buttons (Tab for each button)

  7. (if active text conversation) Editor input

  8. (if active text conversation) Send button for response

  9. (if UI plugins are configured) UI Plugin tabs (Up, Down to move between tabs)

  10. (if left tab is open) Tab content

  11. Left side menu (Up, Down to move between tabs)
