WebAgent for SAP C4C Installation

Note

Additional AnywhereNow WebAgent and CTI Integration license required.

Prerequisites

  • Configure Sign-in for WebAgent for SAP C4C

  • Ensure your AnywhereNow representative has activated the SAP C4C plugin for the WebAgent.

    1. Open your browser.

    2. Access the development tools by pressing F12.

    3. Switch to the Network tab.

    4. Navigate to the WebAgent and sign in with your user credentials.

    5. In the filter, search for sap-c4c.plugin.js.

    Verification:

    • If you see sap-c4c.plugin.js in the list, the plugin is active.

    • If not, contact your AnywhereNow representative for assistance.
