This technical release bulletin provides an overview of the new features and enhancements for the indicated release of the AnywhereNow Attendant Console for Dialogue Cloud. This bulletin is aimed at partners, not end-users.

63369: Manage access to Contact Sources
The options to manage the access to the SharePoint location for external contact sources are extended. There are 3 options now:

Read files with AnywhereNow enterprise application

Read files with own application registration

Read files with user access
For existing tenants that already use external contacts, the 'Read files with user access' is the preselected default.
79554/81755/82441: Calendar widget improvements
In the calendar widget more details from Outlook are shown:

location/meeting room of the appointment, in case this is added

The color that is used to show the appointment in the calendar represents the availability (like busy, out of office, working elsewhere).
81459: Transfer button gets disabled when a direct/blind transfer is in progress
When a call is directly transferred to a contact, the transfer button for all contacts gets disabled, to prevent accidentally doing a second transfer on the same call.
81656: Disable taking a new call out of the queue when already being involved in another conversation
When there is already an active call in ‘My calls’, it is not possible to accept a second incoming call anymore. The pickup button is disabled at that time. As soon as the conversion in ‘My calls’ is ended or transferred successfully, a new call can be taken from the queue.
82804: Teams Desktop Integrator minimizes call window
When using the integrator in combination with the Attendant Console for Dialogue Cloud, the call window was not minimized at the end of the steps. This has been improved for most situations, so the call window minimizes itself, without user interaction.
85169: Improvement to Microsoft Dynamics CRM widget
Microsoft dynamics widget has been improved. When a caller is recognized, the message 'no caller recognition’ is no longer shown. Also, a small layout improvement has been made.
82968: AnywhereNow V3 federation services support
As of this release the V3 Federation When using AnywhereNow in combination with Federation you can add agents working with a Skype for Business or Teams account to your UCC. is supported.
Recently the AnywhereNow V3 federation has been launched, which will replace V2 and it will presumably be the environment customers will have their services on.
